Speed and Skills Training
“Our goal is to teach the individual skills many players are not able to work on during the typical team practice structure in small group settings. Being involved in the Elk River Hockey Community, it is important to build strong relationships with the individuals and identify areas of opportunity within their game. We strive to provide advanced and challenging training for athletes looking to take their game to a new level WITH A VESTED INTEREST IN THE ATHLETE’S OVERALL DEVELOPMENT.”
Off ice sessions will be an hour long with a heavy focus on becoming a FASTER/EXPLOSIVE athlete on and off the ice!
- Speed/Agility training (quick feet, powerful strides)
